GREAT customer service, bright bulb!

I used this bulb for my rear overhead interior light. This is among the brightest bulbs on the market.I had a small problem ,a bulb did not work ,I contacted customer service and about 15 or 20 minutes later I received a callback. I explained the problem and customer service assured me it would be taken care of ,I gave my info and a few days later I received the replacement . NO FUSS NO MUSS! Thanks Ledkingdomus, I will call on you again.
