I bought this set because everything was double the price at the local store. The finish is durable. During installation I accidentally hit one of the bars with a hammer and was surprised not to find a huge scratch on the chrome. Even my fingerprints were erased with no problem. The toilet roll holder easily holds my Charmin Ultra Mega rolls, which was a problem when my previous holder banged the roll against the wall. Same goes for towel holders, I can just pop towels into these holders which means they also have better airflow to dry. Areas where this could be improved: There weren't enough screws in the kit to install. Luckily I have some dowels/screws. Also, the thickness of the rod is almost too thick for my bathroom, but you don't see that when the rods are in use.
