Much cleaner than my aluminum.

If you have aluminum, you know it can stain your hands and flesh. Aluminum must be cleaned by hand as it discolours in the dishwasher. Honestly, I believe all aluminum should be withdrawn and banned. That's why I bought this stainless steel one. Because I'm tired of manually cleaning aluminum and if my wife or kids forget the aluminum and put it in the dishwasher, it will take a lot of effort to remove that gray black oxide from the aluminum. Well, this one stays clean and is dishwasher safe. Yes! It's heavy compared to the aluminum I have, but I'm bigger and prefer it. If you are a small person, you may not like the weight. It has only one side with grooves and all other sides are flat. The correct design is a ship from a rectangle to a six-sided cube. 1 side for the handle 1 side with large protrusions 1 side with small protrusions, and the side opposite the handle must be flat. You have three ways to hit the meat. This only gets 4 stars as it has 1 side for a handle 1 side with large ribs 2 sides flat 0 side with a small rib. I bought this after reading the reviews and I know I wouldn't get a small head start. I used it for chicken breasts. I used this for 1 inch pork loin slices. I used it for veal. one does with big bumps, small bumps, flat side against the handle. Like my aluminum. Decided to add a photo. The first photo shows my old aluminum and my new stainless steel. You can see how the dishwasher blackened the aluminum. with one size bulges stainless steel is flat fourth photo shows aluminum with bulges second size stainless steel with bulges only you can see the size is completely different aluminum weighs 6.4 ounces stainless steel weighs 26 ounces lug design is the same as the aluminum structure. One weighs 10 ounces and the other 25 ounces. As far as I know, no company in the whole world offers this. My question is why not propose? By the way. The dark color is the reaction of aluminum with detergent. It gets into your food. So keep that in mind when deciding what to buy. I can say. The lack of a properly designed stainless steel hammer/tenderizer is annoying. Especially when it's easy.
