The scent is the best. Although I like the smell of Harry's bar better (and it's about half the price). My first negative experience was that my bottle had a defective pump when I received it. It wasn't perfect but I didn't want to whine about it and send it back. i just did it My issue with the product is that it's more expensive than the competition and seems to offer less. The scent doesn't last as long as my Harry's soap and the packaging seems to be of inferior quality. I probably wouldn't try their stuff again.
