Only 116GB capacity

I bought 6 of 128G but all only show 116G. I tried formatting the cards by ticking the quick format but the result is the same after over an hour. But in the end I decide to keep them to myself as I need them badly. Also, they work as described. But each card is 12 GB, so with 6 cards it's only 72 GB! One more thing: do not put the microcard in the adapter as I had to cut open the adapter to get the card out!
