comfortable, don't go in size
I'm usually a 6 or 8 with big boobs (34ddd/36dd) and big hips and thighs, I bought a big one and it's too big, but I keep it because it's practical. Next time I will reduce the size, it's really comfortable and doesn't stick. I haven't thought about not being able to wear a bra with this, but plan on wearing it to bed or underneath.
