Edit: Very happy to report! I called a few and emailed the company email on the bag. I received a reply very quickly and all communication with this company was the same. The prompt, kind and caring emails in return were so refreshing. They sent me a brand new set of books with all 6 books and they were all folded into real book shapes. I am impressed with the level of care and excellent support provided by this company. The product is of good quality and my little one enjoys it. They crumple and crush nicely in Lo's hands, and their weight is just right for little hands. I'm still not sure why the red bow is attached but I think it adds a cute touch. Remember, when a child starts putting their hands and objects in their mouths, there can be a choking hazard if the child is not in sight. This product has gone from 1 star to 5 stars, I would recommend 10/10. Original: First, I miss the car book. Second, books don't crumple, so they always lie in an open horizontal position. I'm disappointed they left the whole book. I bought 6 not 5 and was hoping they would fit my baby perfectly but now I'm not sure. I don't know if I should return them or just cut my losses with this company. I am just so frustrated and will not buy anything from this company again, obviously this is their way of scamming people out of their money.
