Well I wouldn’t really call this a beach blanket, it’s definitely convenient to have. It’s super thin, which is the only downside, so you have to nail it into the ground if you’re at the beach or secure the corners down, or else it’ll go flying. Otherwise, it’s definitely water proof. Its large, as well, so it can fit a ton of people on it. We use ours for the beach, the lake, and even sitting outside after a rain storm. It’s easy to clean, easy to fold and pack up, and lightweight. A pretty neat tool to have if you like to spend time outside!
