This is a lightweight belt that helps people with back pain and sciatica. This belt is lightweight and is worn very low on the back. I found the instructions were missing an explanation of the detachable part and loose parts on the inside of the belt. He supported my back. Compared to the belt I already have, it's not better or worse, it's just different. Another belt is worn at the waist with an extension at the back that covers the painful part of the back. It's harder, but I'm leaning towards the old one, but I'll try a few more times. It's good to have a choice.
