my daughter WORK on backpacks, damn KINDERGARTEN is cruel to everything! To be honest, after a few uses, I examined it with a fine-toothed comb and noticed that the stitching on one of the top straps was unraveling. I contacted customer service and wondered if this was normal or if I had defective packaging and they answered me IMMEDIATELY telling me they would give me a full refund and hoping my daughter could at least get some small benefit from it , and you are welcome to keep the product. I was happy to send it in for an exchange but it wasn't necessary - they just literally took care of it kindly. Now, after 7 full weeks of beating in kindergarten, the strings, although separated, are holding up perfectly! I begged my daughter, rather begged lol to hang it up using both straps and so far so good. I would sincerely repay the company because it serves its purpose and my daughter just loves it! I'm sure this will last until the end of the school year, and I hope even longer. THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will buy your bags again in the future!
