The product itself is mediocre. My husband felt nothing special. "It's minty, so it feels nice on the skin — it's cooling. But other than that, there's nothing special about it. Conditioner is better than soap because it's mintier. There's nothing outstanding about him." As his wife, I don't feel a thing, and the man's beard actually seems stiffer. Husbands' main complaint is that the product comes in very heavy plastic bottles, making them difficult to get hold of "You have to unscrew the caps to get the product. It's very annoying and then it's all over." As for the cost, the husband says it's overpriced.
