Great Shoes: Moccasins & Slip-Ons

My first ecco shoes were bought in Hong Kong and they were fantastic. I've bought a few more in the States but since the smallest size sold is #40 (6 to 6.5) it's still a bit big for me to have to use a pad. The only shoes I could buy in the States that fit me were the Swiss Bally, and only occasionally when I got a call from the store saying they had a pair.
