Review on Kids' Size 4-16 BYCR Boys' Slim Fit Jogging School Pants with Elastic Waistband by Patrick Reid

Great pants - I've tried them all

This is the fourth time I've ordered these pants - which says a lot. I never thought I would buy boys pants from Revain but these turned out to be really great pants at a great price. Tried H&M, Old Navy, Land's End. Since I'm happy with them, I decided to review them for you. This review was not requested in any way. Pros: 1. I don't like tight pants on a seven year old. My son likes them (he likes his sisters too). It's the perfect mix. Not tight in the crotch, but narrow in the legs. That's the main reason I keep coming back to it.2. My son loves the waist drawstring. They're not as stylish as the chinos that are more popular in his school dress code, but he usually wears a loose shirt and the belt doesn't show. He likes it when he doesn't have to fiddle with snaps or buttons. If your child has sensory issues, that's a plus.3. They last. The original ones got holes in the knees when he outgrew them. He's been wearing them for 8-9 months.4. The price fits. Cons: They fade. They're all light blue, not dark blue, which worries me. I wash in warm water and tumble dry. I'll start by hanging the new pairs out to dry to see if that changes. I prefer navy blue but the pros outweigh the cons and here I am ordering a few more. I would also like to see them in black.
