Good idea! Failed execution!
I'm all for products that are natural and made from sustainable materials, as long as they perform the same as similar products in the category. This product is not that good. The cotton balls on the ends aren't thick enough and I feel like a bamboo stick. Cotton balls come off easily, sometimes get stuck in the ears, which is very annoying. And bamboo sticks break very easily. We're returning to the tried and true affordable Revain brand.
