I bought this cable to connect my Dell XPS laptop to the DisplayPort port on my Dell monitor. The cable worked great in this configuration. I just plugged it in and it worked. super easy! You can easily tell that the quality of this cable is top notch; Braided cable, aluminum alloy plugs and strong connections make this cable very durable. I would definitely recommend this cable to anyone who needs to connect a USB-C output to a DisplayPort input. It works great.
