Very hard plastic. Doesn't compress at all
Bought to make travel sunscreen, hand sanitizer, etc. They are very stiff and cannot be compressed. Any type of gel or lotion will not work at all. Also, I'm not sure if the screw caps will withstand movement. Not really sure what they're good for. Completely dissatisfied with the purchase, difficult to return after trying to use it.
