Glue isn't easy for Eyelash Enhancers & Primers

I like this product, but I like the glue. The glue won't hold my lashes much and will lift the shape. It was uncomfortable. I cleared my area as instructed and no help. Is there a trick? I really want to give this a 5 but right now it's a 3 because of the glue. PS stinks
