After spending three decades on dentists, I've finally found an at-home mouthguard that works. And I've tried them all. This is the only one that has ever worked. It worked on the first try and I love the thoughtful design. In this picture I am one year old now and as you can see it is wearing very well. I would estimate the lifespan at 18 months to two years. This is not a paid review. I bought this after my dentist closed and the new one couldn't provide decent protection overnight. I'm a grinder, I bite my tongue/cheek and this protection is absolutely perfect. I bought a bundle in case it goes off the market. The case is also perfect as it has air vents to allow it to dry after cleaning.
