This is my go-to peeler/fruit peeler for the following reasons: 1) All stainless steel. No frills, no cheap plastic parts that break. It's durable and functional. 2) This type of knife is much more efficient than one where the blade comes straight out of the handle like a stick; I grew up with this type, but this style is faster and easier. 3) It's inexpensive. So if you are looking for the best type of hand cleanser at a great price, this is a good option. I've used it for fruits and veggies and it works well. I chose it because it doesn't even have a rubber finish on the grip (which gets sticky over time and is just annoying and unnecessary) and I have no regrets.
