Pros: - Good deterrent to step away from the computer for a moment (but not only to keep the laptop locked). - Coiled cord is great for portability and won't get in the way when connected to a laptop - Pretty easy to use meaning you don't need to be a genius to figure out how to set up and operate this lock. - The price is relatively cheap for a bit of common sense when you need to go to the bathroom after a second cup of coffee. Cons: - Combo wheel is a bit stiff. I expect it will loosen up a bit after prolonged use. Not a big minus. To be honest I wanted a key lock but I saw this product and decided that the combo as opposed to the key would be with me all the time. Unless someone is waiting for you to step away from the laptop with some sort of hacksaw or something, you should feel comfortable stepping away from the computer for a short time if necessary. So far it has worked as intended and I wholeheartedly recommend this product.
