You will definitely want to mount this to a 9ft ceiling for the perfect height. 8' is a bit low in my opinion, but not out of the question. A switching valve and a second "stick type head" would be in my ideal setup. This 3-piece head gives off a lot of patterned water and can create a hot steam shower very easily. I would make sure I have good ventilation in the tub to dissipate the moisture generated. It is much more than a regular rain shower head that it can replace or replace. If you have hard water, you may find that you have three times more descaling products over time. I like to soak my nozzles in vinegar to get rid of deposits. There are many ways to remove them. The bracket creates a large spray pattern, and the higher it is, the larger the pattern. A good curtain or glass door system is essential. If you're having problems with water leaking through your door, you need to fix that first. The spray heads produce little air movement. This lamp uses less water and creates a feeling of luxury and pleasure. I think Delta has created a wonderful and new type of shower head worthy of future trends.
