Assembly step 1 and the item fell apart: The main anchor screw was loose and could not be tightened. Added some wood glue - no problem - and after curing overnight proceeded to step 2. Step 2 - The small dowels are too big for their holes and need to be driven in. Large dowels (which seem to fit umbrellas between) are too small for their holes. Oh irony. Then I discover that the sides of the base itself are not cut in straight lines. I measured every level because I thought I was going to lose it. It is clear that there is no quality control process for this particular product. Putting this together will require you to carefully balance the four sides of the bottom assembly with the dowels not fitting properly in their holes and offset base. I can only imagine how this thing would handle a wet raincoat hanging from one of the hooks. After 20 minutes of frustration I decided the juice wasn't worth squeezing and now it's in my trash can, as am I. My return period has now expired. Look elsewhere. Please.
