The camera itself is fine but the Snap Bridge software that came with the camera is rubbish. I have had several Nikon cameras and have been very happy with them. They are older and require removing a cable or the SD card to transfer photos. I bought this camera specifically for the Snap Bridge software to be able to transfer photos. One minute it works, the next it doesn't. Removed reinstalled. I read on forums that other customers had the same issues and just gave up and started connecting the camera to a PC or using an SD card to transfer photos. I already have an old Nikon camera with Toshiba Flash Air SD which is very slow when transferring photos and the software is slow when transferring photos. The software interface of the Nikon COOLPIX B500 software was just boring and needed a major update. I returned the camera for a refund as it was unusable and didn't perform the main function of the camera. It's just easier to take photos with my iPhone and use the Photosync app to transfer photos to PC in seconds or transfer photos from PC to iPhone and it works every time without any issues. I spent a lot of time getting the Nikon software to work and it was a complete waste of time.
