Good universal chip card reader but not plug and play
These readers need to be programmed for the specific type of Prox, SEOS etc card to be read and for the data output type, hex card data, CSN, etc you are not "plug and play". Use the RF Ideas PCProx Config software to set up and test the reader. Note that "C16" appears to mean 16-inch cable, not the usual 6-foot cable. This part number is built into some Datacard printers as a chip reader.
