Accurate lightweight scale

I used this scale to weigh 9 bags of camping gear both domestically and internationally before flying home to ensure each bag weighed no more than 50lbs. . As I gradually lift the loaded bag off the floor, the weight seems accurate and repeatable - I've carried bags that weigh 48-49 pounds and have never been overweight upon check-in. The snap lock on the scales and the black "finger" that holds the weight on the dial when you put the bag down are easy to use. If you lift the bag by ripping it off the ground, the weight will seem too much. Scales don't weigh much, so they don't add much weight to your trip; If you decide to pack it in your checked baggage, it can be handy to pack it in a sturdy Tupperware case in your suitcase.
