I have previously purchased two different shoulder pads and both didn't work for me like this this one did. Not only is this item difficult to put on and adjust on my own, it also doesn't provide the support I need. I've been wanting to use it on my right shoulder when bowling in my weekly league, but it doesn't support my shoulder very well. The reason I bought this was because it has an over the shoulder section which I thought could be adjusted but it has been fixed. I like the idea of a chest strap adjuster, but I also need an adjustment over the shoulder strap. The support brace over the arm does very little even if you tighten it very tight.
