The instructions are a bit misleading. Keep in mind that while the instructions state that the middle and bottom baskets are identical, they are not. There is a lower, middle and upper. Because of this, I had to disassemble and redo it. Also, the recommended bit size is too big for the included anchors and screws. I was lucky to have a tree in the top two holes otherwise it would have fallen over. It would be advisable to use your own shift bolts. It's disappointing that the mounting hardware is so cheap for the price. It seems pretty solid, but only if you use your own mounting hardware. Otherwise best for lighter work. One more thing to keep in mind. I hung it to match my upper kitchen cabinets. I didn't think about it before I made holes in the wall. I'm only 5'1" tall and can only reach the lower basket. I opened up the front of the second basket so it could be used as a shelf. Upper basket. Very rarely used. Keep that in mind when considering how tall you are want to hang it up.On the plus side the seller included a sweet thank you note which made me smile.They seem very willing to help with any problems.
