This is very well made , material is excellent. I’m very petite and the medium did fit (plenty of room meaning it can accommodate someone who’s XS, S, M . I would buy small if that was offered. I’m surprised the medium fit.I use it to work out (strength training and cardio) it does what’s its suppose to. I like it goes beyond a waist trainer and targets your thigh area.My pic will be posted shortly
