Very cute monster hat. The face is so cute and can suit a boy or a girl. This is a nice thick knit that will keep your baby's head warm. It seems a bit small, I don't see it for a 9 year old but would definitely fit a 5 or 6 year old. It also fits my 9 month old baby, it's a bit big for him but he could definitely wear it because it stretches decently. However, its head is larger so it may not be suitable for all 9 month olds!
