Review on Productroad by Sherwin Smith

I like how it can be used in multiple ways, such as customer feedback, product road map, changelog, etc. It is easy to use and has a good UI. The only thing that I dislike about this software is that sometimes when you are editing a ticket or comment, the website will refresh itself, which may cause issues with your workflow. Also, sometimes the comments section will not load sometimes. Overall, this tool is useful when it comes to collecting user feedback, tracking changes, and creating a product roadmap.
