Excellent customer service great product doesn't like the smell
The customer service from this company is excellent. They have been in touch since I ordered the product, thanking me for the business and letting me know that if I am not 100% satisfied they will correct it. I didn't like the smell, which reminded me of REI's natural insect repellent, which uses a similar oil, and unfortunately couldn't get the association out of my head. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement in lavender. I enjoy working with a company that focuses on personal attention and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. I encourage you to try their products and feel confident that if you are unhappy they will do the right thing.
