Horrible! NOT the same as the hotel pillows

I love the Heavenly Beds at the Westin. We were looking for pillows and thought these would be great, since the Westin beds/pillows are so comfy. Just got the down alternative pillows and they are awful! SUPER flat, small, just crappy. I don't believe these are the same pillows as the ones in the hotel. They are going right back. Please don't waste your time/money. I should have listened to the bad reviews.

Pros

Just what the doc. ordered. Think I'll call room service.

Cons

The pillows may not be hypoallergenic, which could irritate those with allergies
