I have a skin condition that requires waxing at home. (Going to a medical spa is too much money). This wax is great for everything but the bikini line. I have very sensitive skin and this wax is not very irritating. Wax is always annoying. I use baby powder before waxing and mineral oil after. This wax is more plastic. I have used the Gigi brand before and it was a nightmare. It stuck to my skin and hair. This wax sticks to the hair instead of the skin, making it easier to see the few hairs that were missed by the wax. Rated 4 stars for the fact that hair doesn't coarsen at all.
