This product is very disappointing. I have 3 Bernardo jackets. I love the fit and the style. My other 2 are still in great shape. Both are mod versions. It was destroyed while washing. I have always followed the manufacturer's instructions. The filler is lumpy and lumpy and now cold air flows through it. I've tried reviving it with tennis balls and it's always on the air. So disappointing.
