No response from customer service

I bought a pair of glasses earlier this year and they are still in good condition. I decided to order a second pair which broke the first time I wore them. I tried to contact the supplier but received no reply. While they appear to be a quality product (I use them for computer work) I would expect a replacement in this situation. The return window only closed after a week and I contend that they were defective and should be replaced.
