Poor Quality of Service to Customers a history of working with LUXOTON

Recently, I was forced to deal with LUXOTON, an internet retailer that specializes in office products, office and school supplies, labels, indexes, and stamps. My experience with the company was less than satisfactory. My experience was so poor that I felt obligated to tell others about it, even though I knew it would be to their detriment. To begin, the website was awkward to use and extremely difficult to traverse. It took me a very long time to locate the items that I required because the search function wasn't operating correctly for me. After a long search, I was eventually successful in locating what I needed, but after placing my order, I received an email informing me that the items I had purchased were out of stock and wouldn't be available for several weeks. When I called the customer support number to inquire about the delay, the representative who answered the phone was impolite and unable to answer any of my questions. She seemed annoyed by my inquiries. She did not provide any solutions or alternate options, and it appeared that all she wanted was for me to get off the phone as soon as possible. To make matters even worse, several of the items in my order were either broken or missing when it eventually arrived after a very long delay. I contacted LUXOTON once more in an attempt to get a refund or a replacement, but I was greeted with the same unhelpful attitude and lack of concern for whether or not I was satisfied. In general, I would strongly recommend that you do not use LUXOTON for any of your requirements for workplace supplies. The inability to use the website effectively, the unhelpfulness of the customer service representatives, and the receipt of goods that are either damaged or missing contribute to a very frustrating and disheartening experience.
