I was very skeptical after reading many reviews that after a short time it stopped working. But I'm glad I bought this! Between two children and 6 years old Bath toys. This is by far the best bath toy we have ever had. My kids have been playing with it every few days for the past few months. We had no problems at all! I even unscrewed the back to look inside the batteries to see if water got in and nothing was wet. I remove this from the tub after use to prevent water getting into the battery area when showering. However, there were a couple of times when I forgot to take this toy out and it sat in the bathtub right where the water drained from the shower and again the water didn't get into the battery compartment. I always have a problem with toys that are on suction cups and this toy sticks! Even if two children constantly pull on it. I love that the spout can swivel left/right/straight and even if you cover the jet it's at the top like a sprinkler! The creek has excellent water flow and is easy to turn on and off. I definitely recommend it!
