These leggings have a nice high waist and a pocket on each side good nuff to hold ur phone or a pck of smokes. They are a very nice, comfortable, soft, and smooth material! Very stretchy too. They make my legs look great and the colors are very versatile. They are not sheer either so you will be safe there. I have worn a couple pair now and even wore them to bed and found them quite warm and had to take them off. So these will def be good to wear in winter too! I love the high waist. I will say they stay up better without underwear. And no I did not wear silky panties. When I wore the cotton briefs I found myself having to constantly pull up my leggings cuz they kept slipping down. Didnt matter what I did. But without panties, they stayed up without any issue! Go figure. That's not a problem for me since I wear long shirts with my leggings anyway. I will probably buy more of these in diff colors. I will say I probably could have bought size XL instead of 2XL but I went with the bugger size because I wanted the higher waist. I like to be able to pull my leggings all the way up under my breasts.
