Review on πŸ“» Sony ICF-SW35 Digital World Band Receiver (Discontinued) by Fock Dean

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Shortwave didn't work, or was rocket science involved?

Radio in good condition. It appeared to be a reliable device. FM didn't seem to be of much use in my small town with 20+ FM stations. The memory kits were hard to figure out, so I just set the clock and so on. What I bought it for the most was shortwave. Apart from the weather and one or two other HF signals, he received nothing. Management absolutely stinks. This is a shortwave radio and has very little SW information. There are several SW areas but they don't tell you and you can't easily figure out how to move them. I have never found a single station with a strong North American signal that was easily accessible. I haven't found anything at all. The manual in more than 10 languages is just stupid because it turns out to be useless for everyone as it is everything for everyone. What happened to reporting in English, French, Spanish and maybe one more? And these super folding instructions are worse than a national map. Why can't you just add 8x11? I don't recommend at all
