I used to like this product with coconut, but for those who are allergic to sulfanilamide and go into anaphylactic shock it is not suitable. I purchased this product and was scheduled to take 4 Benadryl, 40 milligrams of cortisone and epinephrine breath therapy. I would not recommend this product to anyone allergic to sulfonamides. Dermatologist approved is written on the bottle. They don't say that anymore. Throw away the bottle.
