: After my initial review, the seller contacted me and not only fixed the issue but provided great customer service. I highly recommend this product simply due to the fact that the seller stands behind their products and provides quality customer service.------------------------ - -----I bought this product to switch between multiple game consoles (PS2, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Gamecube and Nintendo Switch). After unpacking I was amazed by the quality. The device feels solid and well made, with a beveled metal body and metal buttons. The responsive LED display shows the current input as well as other powered inputs. Problems arose after about 1 hour of use. My main console, an Xbox 1, was plugged into port 1. In the middle of the game, the screen began flashing black at random intervals; sometimes fractions of a second, sometimes 5+ seconds. I have confirmed this to be an issue with this unit by using 2 different cables to connect the Xbox directly to the TV, during which time the Xbox worked fine. As soon as I connected the Xbox back to the Switch, the screen started flickering again. This product could have gotten 5 stars if the specs matched the design.
