Definitely a darker burgundy where photos show a lighter shade of red; I have all of my Apple product protectors from Revain, but the darker color isn't enough of a deterrent to resort to the unnecessarily thick Sport Band that Apple offers. As far as I can tell, this Apple Watch band only comes in one size, and it's incredibly long, practically wrapping around my 6 twice. 6 inch wrist and luckily tank well otherwise I would most likely return it. I'm rating it four stars because it's a one size fits all (where small) and I was really hoping for a lighter color like the picture, but it's comfortable, easy to install and looks so much better than the standard thick width straps - more feminine than wider stripes, which were the main advantage of this purchase.
