I like how easy it was to set up my website, with some of our own content as well! The customer service team are amazing too - they're always willing to help you out if there's anything that needs fixing or working around your site not being able to load properly etc (which has happened in the past). We have been using them for about 5 years now without any issues at all which makes me happy :) If we had more time then maybe things would be different but this isn't really an issue since everything works perfectly fine right from day 1.
