This blanket fits our captain's beds which we bought for grandchildren's visits and have been used by others. In the winter, nights are cold even in California, so we bought two beds for two different beds. A beautiful gray color that matches the bedspreads, they are soft to the touch and warm from top to bottom and side to side. This information is from samples only as the duvets have not yet been used at night. The control provides enough information, but does not light up to indicate that the blanket is on. You have to press the power button to see if it heats up. It won't be comfortable. After using the duvets for a few months I will review them again.
