Yes, they are light. However, there are two types of lightweight blue light blocker frames. These are Chinese CC frames, fragile and flexible. They are comfortable for me, but I will treat them with care. Wouldn't buy again. Power of the reader: I'm not sure if they exist. I have several readers with the same magnification as me and they are a little wobbly. My eyes get tired from the lack of concentration. It's just a little off. Blue light: Can't tell. It definitely filters out some blue light as I can see reflections, but I see more reflected purple which doesn't help with blue light blocking. Bottom line, even when people asked what percentage of blue light was blocked in the question section (should be 50% for everyone), the seller doesn't answer. I went to the manufacturer's website to request a spectrum report and their website is not available. Maybe because of the pandemic? They are sweet! But I won't buy again. I found a strong, comfortable and lightweight frame with a solid reputation for blocking light from Gamma Ray Optics. A little more expensive, but with active use they lasted me a year.
