I like that there are so many options available when it comes time do complete my tasks in our agency's SPA program! Some of them take too long because they don't allow you as much customization or flexibility than other programs out their offer - which can be frustrating sometimes if your task requires certain parameters/requirements from another department before completing one step further into work flow process within this particular tool set we use daily at Workday HQ!! The main thing i dislike about GSA Portal / MySAP portal was how slow some steps would go through compared others who seem quicker but takes longer due speed difference between computers used etc..
