The size is not the same.

I liked the style of the belt. However, the measurements are inaccurate. My waist is 28", size S/M says it fits a 28-32" waist. The belt didn't fit at all. The elastic is non-stretchable. I returned it and ordered M/L. This size is too big. I don't want to send it back again so I have to pay a shoe repair shop to have it fit me. The belt is beautiful, the size did not fit.
