Also, the price points are very low & I feel its one of the best software's ever designed. There is nothing much that i dislike; it has been so great for my needs and it meets them almost to perfection. If you wanna save time with your business operations then i would definitely go for this, trust me!! You wont regret it once its implemented! Automation process. The ease of use, speed at which we can perform our operations is what I like best! Sometimes it takes too much time to make changes in some things but overall its working well for us so far!! We are solving problems related with data security (especially when dealing with sensitive information). This has improved customer experience as people do not have issues anymore while transferring files etc using hexa decimals insteadof decimal numbers or plain text passwords.
