Poorly made of imitation leather covered cardboard. During installation the strap holding the organizer broke. I tried to attach it with a carabiner and safety pins because we were going on a trip that day. All the way the buckle on the headrest was loose so my son couldn't use it. We ended up throwing it away when we got home. It definitely could have been done a lot better.
