Most Lolita shoes I see have reviews saying they are too small so I decided to order 8 instead of 7 (my usual size) and it turned out 8 to is big and I had to take c 7. I say take your normal size and they turned out great! they are comfortable and not too rubbery! When I ordered them I didn't know what to expect but they really are better than expected! Only note: if you're worried about the chemical smell, you'll feel it for a split second when you take off your shoes
